Silent Streaming Question/Help!

Hello eveyone I have a few questions. I was wondering about Silent streaming I want to start up a online radio and I was wondering is thear anyway with Winamp that I can be streaming my music on my Winamp while liseing to my Winamp also but different music or is thear a nother way I can listen to music but also have a stream running different music at the same time if anyone knows any info or just could share an idea it would help so much thanks!

set the dsp to winamp and turn the volume down on the player,

ctrl - alt + n will give you another winamp to use while you stream with the 1st one, ,,
