New Problems

Okay, I've seen tons of posts about this problem, and I'm sure you guys are getting sick of it, but.. I need help. O.o

For background info: I have been using ShoutCast for a long time, and I never had any problems with it. I was able to get everything working just fine, and people were able to connect to my server.

However, today something went wrong, even though I changed nothing. I have gone over the configuration settings, and everything is as it should be, but I receive the following:

This is very odd, seeing as how everything was working earlier today, and everyday before that, and I have not downloaded any security updates at all (I also have both Windows firewall and my own personal firewall configured to allow access to ports 8000 and 8001)..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
