some suggestions to winamp devs

[as it seems nsv plugin sometimes gets fix or two]

1)when demuxer gets incomplete nsvs/beef imho it should ask decoder to decode only from keyframe again

2) add VSYN [or maybe it's possible to reuse ASYN and it partially overlaps with suggestion Nr.1.]

should force video decoder to start decoding from next keyframe. it would be useful for "intro file".
something like: send intro file, which should have VSYN in last chunk, so demuxer then asks decoder to decode only from next keyframe instead of showing pink mess for vp6 like atm it's done


3)question: why ASYN at all used? can't decoder calculate A/V offset and if its somewhat too big than "sync offset" in nsvs should manually resync...
