This Is Doing MY Head In! Pc Restarts Wen capturing sound!

i can stream fine without capturing audio

but as soon as i stream with audio my pc restarts!

ive used this pc for about 3 months for streaming with no problems

i reformatted and ever since the reformat this has happend :@

what could be the cause? and how would i go about fixing it?

It's most likely your audio settings. Look at them carefully, that's usually what gives a crash in NSVCAP.

what would i have to change to stop it crashing?

Just make sure it looks right. Maybe like MP3 32k 22050 sample rate mono . If it's weird, it will explode. This question has been asked and answered by me a half dozen times and fixed a half dozen times.
