Reconnect issues all of a sudden

Have been running a small server for over a year now. Yesterday all of a sudden, the stream would die. I could restart the server and it would work for a few min then die. I rebooted my server, and no fix. I rebooted my local machine and router and no fix. I have installed the latest version of the linux server and still have the same problems. As long as a stream is bein listened to all is good. then no listeners or the stream restarts, it won't connect.

Any idea's?
