No you can't. These weren't cartoons showing the prophet Muhammed being stabbed by Danish citizens. The article did not say "so if you see a muslim, stab him in the throat". I don't pretend to know Danish law, but by US law, these cartoons are perfectly legal (unless you an use them to circumvent the protection of a DVD...)
