voice via microphone too quiet!

hi!
have another problem.

when I'm speaking ,my listeners can here me,but the voice is much to quiet.
I turned mic volume in control penal up to 100%.
nothing happend to my voice's loudness.
I also changed from "stereomix" to "microphone" and pressed push to talk while speaking ,but this didnt solved my problem,too.
microphoneboost is also activated.

the tracks are loud enough ,and in voicetools like ts,ventrilo etc my voice is loud and clear.

pls help
