How to create backup file for aacplus stream?

How to create backup file for aacplus stream?

I have try to put backup file and intro for aacplus stream useing regular mp3 files but they won't be played even if the bitrate is corect (48k stereo).

Winam hav no option to save files as aacplus.

My editor SoundForge is useless.

I'm useing server for relay but would like to play a file in case trasmission stream is broken and server goes to backup mode.
