Listening To My Stream On Shoutcast Main Page

I gave the following address to two people to see if they could hear my stream, Halfback Radio, on the Shoutcast Main page: http://205.188.234.99/directory/?s=halfback%20radio
One reported she could hear it but only for 10 to 15 seconds, The other said "I found it but can't hear it. When I click on TUNE IN it brings up a copy of the playlist and wants to save it." I am streaming from a dial-up connection, and can consider getting a cable connection. But I want to be sure that is my problem first. What do you think? The one listener who says she heard it for a few seconds is way out in the country with maybe poor phone lines and a dial-up connection. The second listener who says he could not hear it is on a fast speed cable connection in a San Antonio suburb. Thanks.
