Going underbuffer all the time :(

I'm used to listening to Shoutcast radio, when at work I used to do it on a 256kbps ADSL line shared among 10 pc. Now at home I have a 128kbps line, so should be better cause it's not shared. Anyway at work I didn't get underbuffered, but now I do. Even increasing the buffer size to 1024kb doesn't make thing better... it's even worse cause when rebuffering it takes a longer time. Making WinAmp think I'm using a dial-up connection doesn't change things either. Was not sure whether to post it on Winamp's developer's forum, so posted it here. If it's the wrong place then sorry.

Anyway, thanks for reading and hope to get some help to get around this issue
