Bitrate Problem!

Hi readers. I really like to broadcast channels but I have a problem. I have read all the notes that tells you how to broadcast. I have broadcasted my show on shoutcast, but my bitrate is 1700 kps. I've used FlaskMpeg And Nsvenc. Please help me out please.

Broadband Speed :512kpps

And is it shoutcast server doing it? Do I have to use another server?

It is the video files that you are sending. With a 512kbps upload speed you can't handle the video you are sending. You need to compress it to a lower bitrate. A good tutorial that I wrote can be located here:

There is no such thing. Your limit is somewhere.

Try running a few speed tests from a few of these sites. These sites are usually pretty good at pinpointing your exact upload and download speeds.

But either way you look at it, your upload speed will NEVER be "unlimited" as there is no such thing.

Strange, it seems to have dissapeared. It was a pretty good tutorial though... I'll have to see if I can find it on the forums, could be that the link was just outdated. Otherwise, it was probably deleted because the thread hadn't had a new post in quite a while.
