Changing Bitrate

Hello All: I have updated my bitrate from my provider from 48 kps to 96 kps, but when i look in the ensoder the highest i see is 80 kps, how do I get it to go to 96 kps? Plus I have 15 other Dj's that connect to the provider (DRS 2006 Radio Streamer!), I like to change them all to the new bitrate. I have look in here but cna't find nothing in the forums, lots talk about it but don't see nothing how too get it higher then 80 kps. Is there something I am doing wrong..need help fast please.
