streaming nsv

hello,
i encode some mpg file, and i dont know how to make it viewable on my comp ip, i tried to put the nsv file and run the ShoutCast Server but i cant Connect with my ip and the port 8000, please help me.

another thing, when i active the NSVTool i cant select media files, only a device.

The files need to be encoded into the NSV format first, then you can use a program like nsvscsrc or another third-party tool to stream them to the SHOUTcast server.

its too hard, i dont know how this plugin works, there is any plugin with GUI that i can select NSV file and start streaming it?

There is no NSV encoding plugin.

I think you are looking for the NSVAte program (AKA, the batch encoder which has a GUI interface for encoding). Also, for the actual streaming you may want to use NSVGUI+ which can be found here: http://nsv.no-ip.com/
