Internet TV stream only audio

As the rule im wondering how come this stream is still on the shoutcast list as its only streaming audio on the shoutcast TV section.

i heard they ban the streams with only pics streaming...heh

i have been watching this on and off all day too. I keep getting a green screen is getting very annoying they not showing much of nothing else.

When search turned up this thread I was about to post a question asking why I only get sound with Shoutcast TV. I have tried a few casts and none have a video, just a blank screen with audio.

Is this what you guys are talking about? If not, I could sure use suggestions. Thanks.
