Trouble Listening

Hello,
I am having trouble trying to listen to my broadcast. I am broadcasting from 1 PC and trying to listen from the other. Broadcasting seems to be fine but when i look at the server history it has a yp.shoutcast.com error. It saying to disable firewalls. Is this why i cant listen because the firewall is blocking my broadcast?

My radio is 83.67.47.250:8000

My port is 8000
