Where can i find a crossfader, so when i want to quickly switch to voice i can do it through the slider

its built into the winamp DSP for shoutcast.
you will need to change the input to soundcard rather than winamp. this will play every windows sound through the shoutcast DSP, but it has a push to talk feature.
