Need someone to make me a skin please

Need to make me a couple of skins. Here are the themes I want.

Tigers (white or Siberian doesnt really make a diffrence)
there is one that i have downloaded but dont like it much.

and i would like to have with the band Flaw as the theme.

any help is appreciated with this. i have read over how to make your own skin but it is beyond me lol. again thanks in advance.
