copyrights?

Winamp skin is really cool.. no doubt about it.. but if a company wants to create a corporate winamp skin, how does the copyright thing work? Is there a guideline and what are the steps to do that? Also, do any of you know who creates commercial winamp skins?? Thanks for your help~

Well, creating a commercial winamp skin is not forbiden. The rights ? It goes to the creator of the skin.
Some compagny allready created skins. I know the "Beasty boys" skin...
