Hey I will soon be making a Winamp Section on my site http://www.vincetech.com. In the winamp section I will have featured Skins.
If you would like to be eligible to have your skin there let me know via e-mail at
Vincentf3@vincetech.com.Information that is required is your name, date skin made, E-mail (optional)(I can provide you with a Free Forwarding @vincetech.com if you want)Size of Skin, and a valid e-mail address for I can contact you if neccessary.

I think your screencatch is huge (145 kb). I mean if you have many images that size on same site it could take several minutes to load it.
You could easily make that smaller 50 - 60 kb, and it would still be good quality.
Try to pack it (jpg)
30 or 40 (don't know what units, the scale is 2 - 255) and progressive...
