Is it just me or does turning on a shape KILL the tileing one instantly?

shapes destroy wrap mode

So in the following preset by shifter, if you turn on any of the shapes, the warp_mode_x and warp_mode_y for the entire preset gets forced to wrap. Changing the wrap modes for the specific shape have no effect on the overall preset.
If you turn the shape off, the warp modes are still wrong, but if you enter and exit the preset initialization code [which is empty btw] then the wrap modes for the preset reset to what they should be.

I am guessing that this is related to the fact that in DX if you do not specify a specific state within a render state or sample state block, then those states are inherited from whatever last set them.

humm thats odd, i dont get the same results.... seems to work fine for me, so your saying it goes from mirror to wrap when you turn on anyone of the shapes, no matter what there settings are?

i set the wrap in the main preset and the video echo right before there renders, irregardless of the previous wrap setting.... post a screen shot if you could, that may help..

hard to troubleshoot with a preset that looks so damn good...

I like V2 of the presets I'm posting currently. I want to eventually add in some keyboard commands and maybe tweak the decay colors a little more. But I'll do that later tonight if I have time. I can't seem to stop messing with these...

There is also a Kinderkind Remix in here, but I might still do more things to it later also.
