WMP script upload question

Greetings everyone,

I have successfully launched 3 shoutcast streams and they are humming right along. My problem is I want to offer the stream in a Windows Media player window.

The scripts from StreamSolutions work great on my desktop, and when I upload them to my geocities page...but not here on the university's website. They are the .asx playlist files and they have been edited by me to open our website and start our stream.

Is it possible that the university network folks are preventing people from opening /downloading .asx files for some reason? Does it think you're downloading music?

It does the same with the RealPlayer files.

Any advice is welcome!
