small bug with playlist drag-n-drop

I have a playlist with 19 files in it, there is space between the end on the list and the bottom of the window. If I drag a file from the middle to the end of the list, then back up, it drags fine. But if I drag it past the end of the list so the file is at the end of the list and mouse is at bottom of window, when I drag back up the file moves up and keeps its distance from the mouse. Meaning the mouse will be over the 19th file, and the file will be number 9 while still dragging.
