SHOUTcast 'Talk Show' Streaming

Hey everyone,

I tried to look around for an answer, but I have no idea on how to word it for a 'forum search'

I own a site, Http://www.NAWWE.com, which is a Smackdown Vs. RAW 2006 Online League for the PS2. What my co-owner and I are looking to do is we are looking to start up a weekly talk show where him and I discuss recent happenings, and possibly have a third person join us for an interview.

But we are lost...

What we are looking for is a way to have our members be able to click a link that will open Winamp, and have them able to listen to our streaming radio show, hosted by the two us.

But we have no idea what to do.

Any help/suggestions?

EDIT: I have figured out that I need to use SKYPE for a co-hosting show...but I always get lost on how to run SHOUTcast right...is there any GOOOOOD tutorials around?

I am so lost on how to get the server actually up and running...

Is there anyone who is nice enough and willing to walk me through getting it up and running?

I am seriously just......lost, and I really want to do this.

The links you were given will get you up and running.
For skype/voip afterwards use the search function.

I continued anyways, and in SHOUTcast Source, I tried connecting with both Port 8000 and Port 8001, but when I click connect, it says connecting for a second and goes back to not connected.

EDIT!! the Status goes to "Receiving Authorization Response" and remains there. The SHOUTcast Server Monitor reports "no source".

EDIT 2 The status is now back to flip-flopping between Connecting and Not Connected. The server monitor still stills (0 / 24 (no source))

If it helps, I KNOW that I have done this before from this same computer, it was a longgg time ago.

Okay I think I am getting closer..

I changed everything in the config back to default, except for the port number, which I made 1500 (no reason...it was an open port)

The status in the DSP is now Sent XXX Bytes

BUT...

This probably should've gone in the Tech Support forum..

also, I am back to "Receiving Authorization Response"

I swear I keep getting rotated throughout the same few errors.
