Broadcasting through EV-DO
Does anyone have any experience broadcasting through EV-DO?
I'm trying to set up an on-location broadcast, and a hardline isn't available. Let me know if anyone has any other suggestions. idobi Network - http://idobi.com/ idobi Radio - http://idobiradio.com/ idobi App now available for iOS, Android and Windows Phone (http://idobi.com/app/) |

EVDO as in wireless/cell? BAH I doubt the providers would allow that at all, since it would saturate their network.
Unless you talking about something else. Be more specific if you can. ~ D ~ According to the ship's log we're down to our last 3000 vomit bags. It'll never be enough. ![]() search the forums! don't PM me on how-to, or ask me to setup you system. you do it so you learn. |

FYI for those interested. We broadcasted live and on location from Bull Run National Park using Sprint EVDO. The link was stable, and there were no drop-outs during the entire 11 hour broadcast. However, we were limited to only 96kbps upstream from our location.
