shoutcast streams not loading from bookmarks

At least not quickly anyway. I have the stations added from the station lists and they used to work fine, then one day and every day after it just screwed up. Plus trying to access shoutcast from the shoutcast stream gives me "no stations available". I re-installed winamp and am still getting it off and on. Is something wrong with shoutcast?
