Use Library Title Information for Playlist Item Formatting not working

Menu Location:
Preferences>Media Library>Library Options>Advance Library Preferences>Modify Settings

Expected Result:
Current Setting: unchecked [checked as default]
when unchecked - This setting queries and loads info from the current tag of the mp3 file when loaded from the Playlist Editor not in the Media Library database right?

Actual Result:
even when unchecked, it still loads the media library info. not the current tag info of the mp3

Additional info:
tried clearing the whole Media Library database and remove all existing tag of the mp3 - the bug is still there.

Stop with fadeout not working

Menu Location:
Main Winamp Window

Expected Result:
fades the currently playing song then stops

Actual Result:
stops and freezes the currently playing song then stops

Additional info:
using the WaveOut Output plugin
this is working in previous Winamp 5.0x versions. is this removed?
