Online Services Greyed Out

I read all the threads I could find on the ShoutCast TV problems, and the FAQ, and did a search; but found nothing on this. Please bear with me, I am totally non-technical. I upgraded to 5.21 yesterday and wanted to use ShoutCast TV.
Went to Media Center, Online Services. It opens up and shows logos and checkboxes. However, neither the logos nor the checkboxes respond to my mouse. It is not possible to click on the boxes or the logos.

I also noticed that the little arrow at Online Services is grayed out, as is the one for Playlists.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice, and am sure that Online Services was checked during installation. Do you have any idea what the problem may be and if so, is it fixable?
Any help would be appreciated as I have no idea how to proceed. Thanks.
