Help! Got banned for no reason at all!

I have no idea why i got permanently got banned for trying to set up my shoutcast server. I got the message telling me "yp.shoutcast.com gave extended error (This network has been permanently banned due to a previous violation of the SHOUTcast directory terms of service.)" As of my knowledge I didn't violate anything, I am a beginner at this and the mistake i think that i made was that I didnt change my the radio stations name and connected, or I connected and disconnected too much, in order to get the server to function, and I believe the error is called a NAK. Can any one help me and tell me if I can some how get out of this mistakenly placed ban? The plans I have made and gear I have purchased just went to a big waste and it's a very frustrating situation to me.
