How rebroadcast a Stream to another Shoutcast Service with lower Bitrate?

Hi Guys.

Searched the Forums but found nothing for my problem.

I've got 2 Shoutcast Services Installed on my Webserver.
At the moment wo connect Manually via Sam3 to both Streams.
We run one with 192 Kb/s and one with 56 kb/s (for Dial Up Users).

Now my Question.

How does it work, that my DJ´s only have to connect to the Main Stream, and the Main Stream automatically rebroudcast the Steam with lower bitrate on the other Shoutcast Service.

As i understand right, the relay server function only braodcasts with the same bitrate, am i right?

Can someone Help me?
