my proposed Winamp Tag Viewer and Editor

i hope this one will not be dumped into trash...
i just want to have Winamp to have a better and newer Tag Viewer and Editor...

you can download the image and the project file that i've worked..actually i'm a programmer with a little knowledge so there is a need for a plug-in...you know...or Winamp may do it so..

i just made something to have everyone has an idea what should it be...

you can check the preview i've made in the images or better yet the project file worked in visual basic 6 service pack 6...maybe you could check this out...
