Shout cast public list

i have created my own shoutcast server in order to ovoid paying for one, but i cant get my shoutcast station onto the yp.shoutcast.com list. are their any other shoutcast lists that i could try and get onto?, or how do i get onto the list.

also i cant find the link to type into internet explorer to listen to my shoutcast. plz help
