winamp comand line argument: Play
Hi,
I'm trying to make a small script. I wish to open winamp, thus, making it open at the last played file, then play it, and make winamp continue, where it left of ![]() I am able to start winamp by typing, code: in a .bat-file, but does anyone know, if it is possible to also make winamp start playing. (appending file/playlist path will not solve my problem) Hope it made sense :P |

You COULD.
Or, you download DrO's great Time Restore and Autoplay plugin. It'll do the job for you. Download the lastest version here, it works great. http://nunzioweb.com/daz/files/Time_...2_0_beta_4.exe |

but, if it is possible to get the job done, without a plugin, I would prefere this. |

there are no commmand-line options to do what you want since winamp natively will not restore playback and playback state/position. it's either write a plugin or a loader .exe to do it

all I needed was to simulate a press of the play-button. but if there's no way to do this, through the command-line, I'll just leave it as it is. thanks for the replies |
