Do you not read these forum messages? You need to know the IP address of your server to see it online.

http://localhost:8000 is for YOU!

but you need to give the station link to someone else. http://www.whatismyip.com will tell you what the IP address is

then use

http://THAT_IP:8000/listen.pls

, again YOU dont use that link the internet users do. If you want to be listed on shoutcast.com you need to have the server running for more than 15 minutes. It can take several hours on the weekend to be listed.

Again use the SEARCH facility and you would have all ready known all the above.

You don't. The YP uses what ever IP address that the server has at the time. if it changes, the YP listing changes.

also takes mins to hours to days to be added. most of the slow times are on weekend with all the noobs adding streams and right after school gets out no kidding!

if you get sql errors when you try to access yp.shoutcast.com its going to be like that all weekend.
