Chewin Amp Skin Problem

Alrighty,
here's the spiel. I've used the Chewin Amp skin before, and love it. however now that ive reformatted my computer this week and redownloaded it, its not working properly.
The main window works fine, but the playlist and media library are on the fritz. Both show up grey and have no volume and seek controls as they should in this skin. (its a modern skin)
also i cant resize them properly. i have to adjust the window vertically and horizontally seperately, no diagonal functionability.
I did a complete clean uninstall according to this forum's specifications. and redownloaded all the files straight from the site. still having the same problems.
dont know wat to do, please help.

Do you mean this one? Regardless, any skin that is not part of the default install of Winamp is a third party skin. Third party skins/plug-ins are not supported in Winamp Forums. Please contact the skin developer/author for support. Apparently that skin needs to be tweaked or updated for Winamp 5.21. Obtaining contact info for skins can be done in one or more of the following...

• In Winamp...
  For a Classic or Modern skin
  Skin Browser (Preferences > Skins or the Alt+S shortcut) > Highlight skin > Look in the 'Current Skin information:' box
  -or-
  If using a Modern skin
  Preferences > Skins > Modern Skins > 'Current Skins' tab
  
• Click on the author's/developer's name at skin's details page (Winamp.com Skins) and you will get a contact form.
