Receiving Authorization Response
Hi, I know that people have asked this question plenty times before, and I have looked through them all and have found no answer. As usual, I connect through the DSP plugin and all it says is Receiving Authorization Response, however, the connection is actual established (confirmed through netstat), yet no information is passed between the two connections. Through the GUI, no message is even said that there was an established connection between the two. I figure it's probably something wrong with my configuration, so here it is

What IP address did you put inside the DSP? try using 127.0.0.1 if you have winamp and the sc_serv running on the same PC.
post the server ip so we can se if the server is active and ready to go.. |

Also make sure you use port 8004, not 8005 even though that will be listed as on of the last things in the sc_sev.log

I know I had it all set up right, server is running, and the connection was confirmed established by netstat, yet for some reason nothings passed through. I try to connect to the web page through port 8005 from my firefox to see if it's even online, and the connection is established, but no data is sent, and the connection is never closed unless force closed by me

Use port 8004 for the web interface as well. not 8005 like you indicated.
