I'm going paintballing

I'm going paintballing tomorrow for the first time ever. Any tips to keep me alive? I know a little bit about it but not really much. Anyone a veteran? I'm fairly athletic and know a bit about survival/combat but I really do not know much about paintballing. All advice is welcome.

I herad the mask is really inconforatble at the beginging but after like a few times you will get used to it. That's the only thing that I know about paintball...

btw: watch your balls .... you'r paint balls and your actual balls

Paintballing is one of the funniest activities i've participated in.

wear long sleeves; sweat shirt is a good idea unless you like pain and welts.

NO, you have to look bad-ass and buy a set of BDUs and combat vests at your local Army Surplus store...

Paintballing is about taticality, not gangster-like shootups...

Wow, what an amazing time that was!!!

I wore a long sleeved t-shirt under a regular t-shirt.

I got killed the first game, but after that, I actually did pretty well. It was indoor style.

Yes, I'm from NY and I got home at 11:30. Phew!

wear a cup is all i can say, it'll hurt less, and if the paintballs aren't completely thawed they'll bounce off of it, seen a guy hit with his own ball from that, he popped up outta a trench right in front of someone.

on an almost related note, outdoor is usually more fun, and don't bother with laser tag, the only one i've been to was so dark i couldn't see people when they were right in front of me.
