Lost registration key

Sorry to post this here, since this is really a customer service matter, but this is my best choice I think.

Some time ago I upgraded to Winamp Pro, and since that time I have lost my registration key. I wish to install the program on another computer. My problem is that I apparently used an e-mail account for the registration that I no longer use, and for the life of me I can't seem to remember which one it was. I got rid of a lot of them, and I can't seem to remember the exact usernames or exact passwords for those accounts. I do have all the credit card information I used to purchase the upgrade, but since I can't remember the e-mail I used this is to no avail. Again, since I can't remember the e-mail I used I can't e-mail customer service either. Can you help?

Thank you,

Thank you, spaceplay, for responding so promptly to my post.

I had, in fact, been all through the FAQ to which your link directed me before I posted in this forum. The problem is that the instructions direct you to supply the last five digits of the credit card used to purchase the upgrade, which I CAN do, AND to supply the e-mail used in the purchase, which, as I posted, I CANNOT do. Additionally, I can't e-mail customer service without that same e-mail address. That's why I registered to use these forums with a my current e-mail address and posted in hopes of getting further instructions. Perhaps I missed some other way to resolve this issue in that FAQ, but I don't see it as of yet.

Hoping Someone Can Help,

That may be true, but this a Winamp supported forum.

Let me please sum up the problem:

I realize Customer Service is the place I should contact

however

I CANNOT e-mail them because I have forgotten the e-mail address I used to purchase the upgrade. When I try to e-mail them with my current e-mail address, it tells me that there is a problem with my e-mail address. That's because it isn't the one I used to purchase the upgrade.

The e-mail containing the order number and such went when I cancelled that account, whatever it was. So I don't have access to that information either.

I can't call Winamp because they don't list a customer service phone number.

Hence, this forum was a LAST resort. I did read the faq. I did follow the instructions. But I simply can't contact customer service with the information I have. I am making an assumption that someone in these forums has something to do with the company, or can at least provide me with some other way for making contact. An e-mail address that will let me send one using my current e-mail account would do it.

Was I a bonehead for losing that information? Most certainly--but I do have a credit card receipt proving a made a purchase. I'm not asking for help for using the free Winamp version. This is something I can prove I paid for. I just can't make contact with customer service any other way.
