Streaming audio local

Freinds just moved into a house. I want to setup winamp so I stream audio locally. I need to listening to the same stream on different machines. I can easily share a drive and listen different music in each room but I want it the same music

Will you be able to hear multiple computers from one location? There is SHOUTcast, but it isn't real-time. With the buffering each computer would be at a lightly different location in playback. If you can hear audio from multiple sources, this is a bad thing.

There is also NetSycn which basically has Winamps on multiple computers play the same track at the same time. So, all computers should be (nearly) in sync. The down side is that all Winamps need access to the tracks. Which means they would need to be on a network share or something.
