Is this file from Winamp?

Is this file from Winamp?
002_[Connecting] http___67_19_249_226_8000.wav

Was a little worried since it was so hidden and containing a ip. Just want know that it's not somthing evil...

You probably tried to play a SHOUTcast stream, while Nullsoft Disk Writer was selected as output plugin (Prefs > Plug-ins > Output). Nothing to worry about, you can just delete the file.
The file will be useless anyway, since SHOUTcast streams cannot be written to disk with Nullsoft Disk Writer.
