Supnet mask will be 255.255.255.0
The Default Gateway is the address of your router. Usually 192.168.1.1 or something like that.

I'm stumped then. Sounds like you've got a very weird set-up or done something wrong.

You're thinking wrongly. You are setting a static IP to your pc for the router to talk to not an external IP for your listeners.
These things are not the same. I refer you back to www.no-ip.com to set up things with that.

IPCONFIG on a DOS command line will give you your IP address that has been assigned by DHCP on your router.

Then you have to set up port forwarding on the router, so that wan traffic gets transmitted to the right computer on your lan.

Your dynamic IP will change (WAN), but the static one (LAN) usually will get assigned the same again.

Your dynamic IP (WAN) might change, that's why you run a client from no-ip, so you can assign a domain name.

Then when you want users to hook up shoutcast, the domain name will point to your dynamic IP whatever it is. The client refreshes that information every few minutes, so if your ISP changes the IP, the nameserver knows to point to the new IP.
