Music being re-organized.

I've got a weird problem with MP3s in my 'My music' folder. For some reason they will randomly be taken out of the folders I have them organized into, and will instead be put into newly created folders (this seems to be based around their meta data.) The thing is, I have no control over how this happens, and sometimes they are even renamed. Does anyone know what might be causing this, and mor eimportantly, how to stop it?

winamp physically cannot do this.

so i don't know, itunes?

I had itunes, and it did do that, but i uninstalled it entirely and it still does it.
