video Movement Tracking?

Hi
I got an Idea regarding some proyects that are being developed

It´s a movement tracking software that captures infrared light. the camera is located unter a glass table.
Under the table is also a Beamer connected with the camera through a capturing software. The Idea is that the camera captures a location of a "beer bottle" on the table surface and from beneath the table, the Image is proyected from the beamer directly under the beer bottle.

Now! the movement capturing software is open source provided and I was thinking of a Plug in for Winamp that receives the coordinates of an item on the table surface and put out an proyection on the table.
