When i speak on the microphone...
And i put the music bg level near the middle and i speak my mate on the other end said that he can't no music, just me speaking... I tried the soundcard input in the input tab in shoutcast... On my mic input it says Microphone and Line input i tried both and the same thing happens, when i talk there is no music playing in the background for some reason...
Isn't there like a plug-in crossfader/equalizer thing for shoutcast? Kind regards, Jason [edit > JonnyMac] Moved from Winamp Tech Support to SHOUTcast Tech Support | Please post SHOUTcaster questions/topics in the SHOUTcast forums [/edit] |

you need to be in soundcard mode inside winamp DSP input. Then adjust the mic level, BG level etc. Its trial and error to get it worked out, no 2 broadcasters use the same settings.
Also the soundcard mixer recording settings should be in STEREO MIX, WHAT YOU HEAR, MASTER RECORD, OR RECORD MASTER (all depending on what soundcard you have).
