dbgeng.dll error on windows shoutcast.

Hi
Im using windows 2003 server edition for shoutcast streaming. I was use a port 8080 for streaming but sometimes shoutcast server crashed

this error viewing on screen

drwatson32.exe - Unable to locate component.
This applicating has failed to start because dbgeng.dll has not found.Re-Installing the application max fix this program.

I was re-install application but problem has continued.

When i change the port 8060 no problem in 10 days. but after 10 - 12 days problem start again.

I was change port again 1111. but 10 - 12 day later what happend i dont know.Why this problem.

If you know please write me.

Dr. Watson is a windows compontent and it looks like its gone. Your going to have to fix that i belive.

The executable for the Dr. Watson debugger is
%windir%\system32\drwtsn32.exe.

drwatson32.exe might be a trojan. When was the last time you ran a full
scan using a recently update anti-virus program along with scanning for
malware using Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, MS Anti-Spyware, and online
PestScan?
