The other DJ can not be connected is you have something all ready broadcasting. Only one at a time.
Just give that person your IP address and password. They need Winamp with the shoutcast DSP and they can broadcast for you. If you want two of more DJ's in different locations, things get more difficult. You can use dkype (voice over Ip software). Make your computer listen with SKYPE, run winamp on that PC and setup winamp shoutcast DSP input to SOUNDCARD mode. However I would first time to get them to connect directly to see how they like shoutcasting. Hmm if I give to someone my password and adress and he do that right, then to broadcasting I need to leave my computer online?
Or he just "inherit" my IP for station and I can go sleep with clear conscience? ![]() Thanks in advance |
