Angry McAfee false positive

I think you can add McAfee, with DAT-file 4849 from Sept. 11, to the false positive list. I get a virus alert on the file nsscm.dll when I install Syslog Deamon version 8.1.3, but I don't know what version of NSIS they use. McAfee's only reference to the dll is een old one: http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_136991.htm

Regards,
Marcel

Yes, but as far as I know nsscm.dll doesn't come with NSIS and isn't "offical" NSIS plug-in.

More importantly than adding it to the list, McAfee should be alerted so this will be fixed as soon as possible. As always, you can give them my e-mail address for further details, technical or not.
