"Open Folder" Dialogue is too small

When you click on "Add Directory" at the bottom of the playlist, in order to choose a music folder to play, then a "Open Folder" dialogue appears. But it is too small and not resizable. So if I want to read the names of the folders, I have to scroll sidewards. This is very annoying. The dialogue window for this should use the standard open folder window of the OS; in Win XP it has buttons on the side, e.g. for switching right into the drives or on the desktop. Would be much better to handle. Please change it.
