Crash while CD ripping

Hello,

I have the latest version of the software and I was ripping a CD where winamp got stuck on the last track (most probably due to scratched media). Anyhow, I have open the CD drive door to remove the disk.

BANG!

not even a blue screen, a simple reboot.

I do have the dump files, but can't send it in as this is not a supported file type on your end?

Here is what the Event Viewer reports:

Error code 100000d1, parameter1 00000014, parameter2 00000002, parameter3 00000000, parameter4 ef5899c6.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

I am on WinXP SP2, 1Gb of RAM with a Plextor CD/DVD ROM drive.

Crash while ripping CD

This time the application crashed with an access violation while encoding the first track of a brand new CD.

I am not sure what information to provide other than the 0xC0000005 error code.

I am on WInXP, winamp 5.3 (latest).
