Bitrate on Shoutcast

I broadcast at 128kbps but SHOUTcast only displays 64Kbps? What can I do to change this to the correct bitrate?

Press the "encoder" tab in the DSP and then select your encoder setting

Ok, maybe I should make some clarifications...

I use jetCast to broadcast and the stream is set broadcast continuously at 128Kbps in MP3 format. I can receive the broadcast at 128Kbps in Winamp, Windows Media Player, RealPlayer and jetCast yet when searching on the SHOUTcast site the station shows up as broadcasting at 64Kbps.

What do I need to do regarding SHOUTcast to have it show up as broadcasting at 128Kbps?

It could just be a bug with shoutcast or jetcast.

Ok, other similar stations show up at higher bitrates...what's up with that? Is there a variable or format string I need to set?

No.

I'm assuming it's something on your end. If it shows your broadcasting in 128k while listening to it, but the directory shows diffrent it's either the YP is b0rked or your using something other than the DSP + DNAS.
