Multiple accounts to one server?

Interesting question...

I recently bought 20 192kb/s accounts with all 200 user limits each...what I'm wondering is how to write out a playlist / server config these together so I have 5 of them for one broadcast? Wire 4 of them to relay the first server? How can I display the user capacity IN the playlist when winamp launches?

Thanks!
/Brian

yes, you would make 5 of your servers "host" servers and set each of the 5 sets of 4 remainning to relay each host server respectively.
as for displaying the user limit in the playlist... you would have to add this manuely to the metadata of the playlist or use a manuel playlist updater.

not!

the server config is not a playlist at all. its tells the server which TCP port to 'LISTEN' on ,and what IP address to relay to if you use it as a relay.

You could setup the configuration to RIP only (relay IP only) which means if server X is full it tels the client (listeners) to use the relay server instead etc.

search the forums! don't PM me on how-to, or ask me to setup you system. you do it so you learn.
